Armhävning
Enkel övning som tränar armar-/bröststyrka. Man kan lätt variera armhävningen genom att ändra positionen på händerna: Tätt ihop, brett i sär. Man kan även hoppa upp och exempelvis klappa i händerna för att träna mer explosivitet och göra övningen tyngre.
